2 Bears’ entire formula revolves around mining 90s electro and house while bringing those ideas to life with sounds (that half of the band) pioneered within Hot Chip. Get Together is exactly that with great 90s stabs (one of which is probably used by Foster The People live), a familiar/traditional verse/chorus melody & structure, and a Jamaican vocal sample rounding it all out. It could be 1997. It could be 2004. It could be 2012.
