DoYaThing is probably the best Gorillaz track this side of Demon Days- and to think, all it took was two really great collaborators. André 3000 drops his always-on-fire, high-paced flow while LCD’s main man James Murphy brings the electro freakouts and background melodies we’ve come to love him for. I’ve heard that there’s a four minute version of this track, but why bother with that when you can listen to this 12-minute stomper that contains at least four minutes of Dre repeating “I’m the shit.” Which is just about the only thing you could fault this track with.
